           A special day to remember for all ISNHS'ians is the Ilocos Sur National High School Day! Or, HSD Celebration (Foundation Day, if you like to keep it simple). Celebrating about a certain something or someone whenever they reach a milestone in their life, or overcome a great obstacle is always a must for me.
